Appraisals

CMMI® – CACI's Integrated Solutions Group as well as all other CACI U.S. operations programs have been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of CMMI v1.2 by an SEI-authorized Lead Appraiser.* Our Industrial Consulting Services Group (ICSG) division in Norfolk has been appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-Dev®) Maturity Level 5.

CMMI is the industry recognized model designed to measure the maturity of software and systems engineering development. This is another significant step for CACI in software development and integration. All the CACI organizations that have achieved CMMI Level 3 ensure that we apply a proven approach to producing high quality products and services.

ISO 9001 – The ISO 9000 series is a globally recognized quality management standard. CACI continues to expand the scope of ISO 9001 across the corporation to ensure continuous improvement as well as quality.

Our ISO 9001 certifications in ten business areas provide our customers with assurance of documented and audited quality of delivery across a wide range of activities. These processes are the foundation of our continuing high marks with our customers in overall services (CPARs and Excellence+). ISO 20000 – The industry recognized standard for enhanced efficiency and cost effectiveness for IT service management, ISO 20000 is the quality benchmark that assures that we offer customers clear criteria to assess service levels, measure performance and implement continuous improvement.

CACI has taken ITIL service delivery to another level though ISO 20000 certification. CACI was the first contractor to be ISO 20000 certified and we continue to acquire these certifications in our organizations and projects with an IT implementation, operations and maintenance focus.
